He started following us down the street. He was always very trusting of her and me. We officially adopted him six months ago, and he couldn't be sweeter or more affectionate. His name is Ozzy.

This cute little mf just showed up this morning, being surprisingly chill. It let me sit next to it and pet it. At some point, it showed me it's belly and started to purr. Did this thing just imprint on me lol? I know you can’t fully domesticate Bobcats, but they are just acting very sweet.

First photo was a few days ago, second photo is him this morning. This isn’t the first thing her kid has done to my cat that could have harmed him in any way (like letting your son bring scissors up to my cats face isn’t dangerous enough) but I am absolutely seething right now. We’re moving our separate ways in a month but I’m genuinely concerned on how he’ll be in the new house without most of his whiskers..

Any advice on how I can make him more comfortable? How long will they take to grow back and am I overreacting or not ? 😭
