A sudden hole appearing in the side of an Alaska Airlines plane midflight follows years of problems with the manufacturer’s aircraft.
The Alaska Airlines plane that lost a piece of its fuselage on Friday, parked outside a maintenance building at the airport in Portland, Ore., this weekend.
